Richard Stabbins is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Group Managing Director for Citation Canada and Managing Director of the Health Division at The Citation Group since November 2020, Richard also contributes as a Business Mentor for The Prince's Trust and has held advisory roles, including a Board Advisor position at Latus Health. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Traveller Care at American Express Global Business Travel and Managing Director for HRG in the UK&I. Richard's background includes senior management positions at Intuit, Bupa, Science in Sport, and Capita Travel & Events, alongside a significant tenure at British Airways.
