Pankaj Dey

Pankaj Dey is an experienced professional in brand and market communication, currently serving as a Senior Manager at City Bank Plc since April 2010. Pankaj successfully led the 360º launch of the bank’s Internet banking platform, 'City Touch', enhancing the bank's digital marketing strategies across major social networks and search engines to improve brand salience. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as a Senior Brand Executive at Interspeed, managing brands such as Eastern Bank Limited and Citycell Ltd., and as a Senior Brand Manager at Unitrend Ltd., focusing on advertising and marketing services for clients including Western Union and Berger Paints. Pankaj holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from BRAC University, completed between 2014 and 2016.
