The City Mission
Justin C. currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at The City Mission, a position held since March 2021. Prior to this, Justin C. worked at PNC from April 2014 to March 2021, where roles included PC Support Specialist and Help Desk Representative, providing extensive technical support for hardware, software, and networking for approximately 2500 clients. Previous experience includes a tenure at Staples as an Easy Tech Expert, where Justin C. engaged in peer coaching and ensured quality service, and as an Easy Resident Tech, instructing customers on computer maintenance. Early career experience at Super K Mart included responsibilities across multiple departments. Justin C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with a focus on Homeland Security from Strayer University and multiple associate degrees from Lorain County Community College in Computer and Digital Forensics, as well as Computer Maintenance and Networking.

For over a century, The City Mission has provided help and hope to Cleveland’s hurting and homeless. Then as now, our work begins with meeting basic human needs of food, shelter, and caring. But with the help of many faithful friends, we are able to give so much more. Simply put, our mission is to provide help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.
