Michael Hahn

Michael Hahn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The City Mission, a role held since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing the Crossroads Men's Crisis Center. Previous positions at The City Mission include Director of Programs and Program Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance and as a Houseparent at Bethany Children's Home, where oversight was provided for at-risk youth. Michael's military background includes serving as a 1st Lieutenant Infantry Officer in the US Army, with a focus on the training and welfare of soldiers. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership and Business Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Bowling Green State University.
