Richard Philips, CMM I, currently serves as the Technical Lead for Infrastructure Services at the Town of Greater Napanee since July 2022. In addition, Richard has held the position of Lieutenant with Belleville Fire & Emergency Services since July 2007. Previous roles include Public Works Operations Coordinator at the City of Kingston, Supervisor of Facilities & Reliability at HEXO Corp, and Compliance & Patrol within Infrastructure Services at the Town of Greater Napanee. Richard's early career involved positions such as Driver/Labourer in Kingston and Supervisor of Technical Services/Operations at Cruickshank. Richard's educational background includes a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the Ontario Fire College, a Google IT Support Professional certification, and a Certified Team Supervisor degree from the Management and Strategy Institute, along with training as a Heavy Equipment Operator from Transport Training Centers of Canada.
