J. Davis Zellner

J. Davis "Dave" Zellner, MCP, CBO, currently serves as the Plan Review Manager for the City of Buckeye, overseeing a team that reviews commercial and residential building plans in one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. Previous roles include Chief Building Official for the City of Sedona, Arizona, and Operations Manager at Atmosphere Architects, where Dave managed design projects and supervised business operations. With extensive experience as Building Official and Building and Safety Manager for the City of Apache Junction and as Senior Plan Reviewer for Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz, Inc., Dave has demonstrated expertise in building permitting and code compliance. Additionally, Dave has owned CodeTrust4, a consulting firm, providing building department services. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Auburn University and pre-engineering studies at Faulkner State Junior College.
