Ashley Parker

Ashley (Stanton) Parker is an experienced professional in community development and project management, currently serving as the Capital Program Director for the City of Burlington, Vermont since May 2022. Previously, Parker worked as a City Project Manager for the City of South Burlington from September 2016 to May 2022, focusing on various city projects that enhance community infrastructure and engagement. Additional roles include Community Development Project Manager in South Burlington, Crew Leader at Vermont Youth Conservation Corps, and Director of Stewardship at Anacostia Watershed Society. Parker has held stewardship-focused positions at Northern Virginia Conservation Trust and has a background in naturalism from Aldo Leopold Nature Center. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Lawrence University.
