James Sherrard Jr., P.E. has extensive experience in stormwater management and civil engineering. Burlington is the largest city in the State of Vermont with a population of nearly 40,000. The city covers 15.5 square miles on the eastern shore of Lake Champlain. There are four colleges in the city including the University of Vermont, (UVM).
