Michael Curtin

Michael Curtin has a diverse background in fire service and education, currently serving as Battalion Chief for the City of Burlington, Vermont since June 2022. In addition to this role, Michael has been a Fire Sales Representative at Reynolds and Son, Inc. since January 2019 and has served as an instructor at the Vermont State Fire Academy since March 2005. Michael's extensive experience with the City of Burlington Fire Department spans from July 2002 to June 2022, during which time Michael held positions including Captain, Lieutenant, and Fire Fighter. Michael holds a degree in Fire Science from New Hampshire Community Technical College, completed between 1999 and 2001.
