Scot Barker

Scot Barker is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in strategic operations and management consulting across various sectors, including for-profit, public, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Burlington, Vermont, Scot focuses on enhancing municipal services and optimizing technology solutions. As a co-founder of Holt Barker Management Consulting, Scot collaborates with stakeholders to improve organizational processes. Additionally, Scot has held roles in education as an adjunct faculty member at Norwich Pro and Marlboro College, teaching courses in Project Management and leadership. Prior experience includes managerial positions at NorthCountry Federal Credit Union, MyWebGrocer, and A.G. Edwards, among others. Scot holds a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with post-graduate work in Accounting, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Vermont.
