Raluca Owens is a seasoned Data Analyst currently employed by the City of Corona since March 2023, with extensive experience in academia as an adjunct faculty member at multiple colleges, including Mt. San Antonio College, Los Angeles Pierce College, Santa Monica College, and El Camino College, where Raluca specializes in geography courses emphasizing global issues, environmental stewardship, and data literacy.
