David Zibolski's work experience includes serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Fargo Police Department since 2020, overseeing a department of 215 personnel. Prior to this, they held leadership roles in law enforcement, including serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Beloit Police Department and Deputy Administrator for the Wisconsin Department of Justice. David also held various roles in the Milwaukee Police Department, culminating in serving as a Captain of Police.

David Zibolski completed an Associate's degree in Police Science from Waukesha County Technical College in 1990. David then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Mount Senario College in 1998. Finally, in 2001, they obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Management & Leadership from Springfield College.
