Rob Wiggins is the Economic Development Director at City of Goose Creek since January 2023. Previously, Rob was the Community Partnerships Program Manager at Trident Technical College. Rob also has experience as a Consultant coordinating training programs for various industries and as a Program Manager at SC Vocational Rehabilitation Department. Rob has a BA in Education from Clemson University.
