Harry Zhang

Harry Zhang is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Services Specialist for the City of North Vancouver since February 2018. Prior to this role, Harry worked as an IT Engineer 2 (Unisys) at Microsoft from September 2015 to February 2018. Harry's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior System Analyst at KPMG Canada and co-founding Raytar IT Consulting Ltd, where the focus was on developing and commercializing the first traditional Chinese medicine clinic information systems in Ireland and Europe. Additionally, Harry served as an IT & Management Administrator at ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV from 2000 to 2003. Harry holds a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Wales and an AEC in Network Administration from Dawson College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Harbin Engineering University.
