Justin Hall

Justin Hall is a highly experienced urban planning professional currently serving as the Manager of Public Realm Infrastructure for the City of North Vancouver since April 2017. In this role, Justin leads a team focused on enhancing safety and experiences in public spaces, overseeing the design and construction of major projects while engaging with the community. Prior to this, Justin co-founded Start The Cycle, a non-profit aimed at fostering a cycling culture among youth. Additional experience includes serving as the Transportation Demand Management Coordinator for the City of Guelph, where responsibilities included coordinating active transportation initiatives. Prior teaching assistant positions at McMaster University and Dalhousie University reflect Justin's expertise in synthesizing complex concepts related to urban design, complemented by a Bachelor of Community Design (Honours) from Dalhousie University.
