Mehrdad R. Rahbar

Mehrdad R. Rahbar is a seasoned professional in architecture and urban development, currently serving as Vice President of Development at Vernacular Development Corp since March 2010. In addition, Mehrdad R. Rahbar contributes to the City of North Vancouver as an Advisory Design Panel Member since January 2021, providing valuable insights to council and feedback to planning departments. Prior experience includes participation on the Advisory Planning Commission for the City of North Vancouver from January 2011 to December 2016 and serving as Principal at Vernacular Design from January 2003 to April 2010. Mehrdad R. Rahbar's background also includes a role as Project Manager at Middlehaven Properties Ltd. from March 2003 to December 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture with a focus on Affordable Housing/Planning and a Bachelor of Architecture, both obtained from McGill University.
