Julie Blaker

Julie Blaker is an experienced emergency management professional currently serving as the Emergency Manager for The City of Sevierville since March 2022. Prior to this role, Julie worked for the City of Gatlinburg for 18 years, where responsibilities included serving as both a Firefighter and a Firefighter/Paramedic. Julie Blaker holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Administration and Emergency Management from Capella University, completed between 2017 and 2019.
