James Lambert is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in bakery and pastry instruction, currently serving as a Chef Instructor at Peralta since September 2008, where over 7 years of hands-on teaching in bakery skills, including a focus on Artisan Bread classes, has been achieved. Additionally, James has worked as a Pastry Chef at Luna Park since January 2000, where a successful dessert menu was designed and implemented, alongside part-time commitments to maintain quality and seasonal changes. With previous roles including pastry chef positions at Italian Colors and Brooks Breads, as well as extensive experience in culinary education at the California Culinary Academy, James also brings a background in mechanical engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a culinary arts certificate from the Western Culinary Institute.
