Kathryn Ricketts

Kathryn Ricketts is an accomplished professional in asset management with extensive experience in the multifamily sector. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at The Clear Blue Company since December 2022, Kathryn previously held the role of Senior Asset Manager at Continental Realty Corporation from October 2014 to December 2022. In that position, Kathryn was responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new acquisitions, underwriting, market research, and capital project approvals. Kathryn's career also includes various roles at The Bozzuto Group and Morgan Stanley, where Kathryn gained experience in property management and investment banking. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and French from Dickinson College.
