As the Founder and CEO of Undaunted Strategies LLC, established in January 2019, Joy specializes in crisis, campaign, and change management. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Technical Assent, Entrepreneur at FedTech, and Washington DC Lead at Founders Live, showcasing a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation. Joy also held leadership positions at Navigating #MeToo and MedCanna, and served as the Director of University Strategy at Lime. Government Affairs Manager for Expedia, Inc. prior to these roles, Joy’s educational background includes MBA degrees from Cornell University and Queen's University, a MA in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Ithaca College.
