Carolyn Hagood

Carolyn Hagood, AAP, APRP, NCP, serves as a Payments Training Specialist at The Clearing House since March 2021, where recognition for creating engaging content and maintaining Payments Education Programs for Financial Institutions has been awarded. Prior experience includes a role as Business Banking Treasury Manager at PNC from August 2018 to March 2021, where Carolyn worked with multimillion-dollar clients, developed training curricula, and established KPIs for Business Bankers. Earlier positions include Business Advocate at Wells Fargo, where leadership in training facilitation and customer service strategy development was demonstrated, and Master Auditor at QWRH Management, focusing on internal audits and risk mitigation. Carolyn's career began as General Manager at Cedar Forest YDP, successfully restructuring the program and achieving full capacity enrollment. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historical Research & Writing and Communications from Bob Jones University.
