Jay Nerger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, starting with their role as an intern at Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. in 2008. Jay later went on to work as an intern at UBS Wealth Management before joining Sigma Nu Fraternity, Inc. as a Lambda Eta Chapter LEAD Officer, where they developed a leadership program and organized events for the brothers.

Their career in risk management began at Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they improved data preparation and implemented predictive models. Jay then joined Wells Fargo as AVP, Risk Data Analytics & Governance, where they delivered analytical models and implemented a compliance tracking system.

Jay's next role was at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as an Associate Director, where they designed automated processes and led technology initiatives to save costs. Currently, they are working at The Clearing House as Director, Risk Solutions, where they created a GRC program, aligned risk frameworks, and implemented risk analytics and automated reporting.

Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills, leading to improved efficiency, cost savings, and better stakeholder outcomes.

Jay Nerger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
