Jennifer Rickey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise program management and operations, currently serving as VP and Head of Enterprise Program Management at The Clearing House since October 2016. In this role, Jennifer leads the Enterprise Program Management Office, focusing on the execution of strategic initiatives. Previously, Jennifer held several senior positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Executive Director and Program Director, where responsibilities ranged from creating technology strategies to implementing operational efficiencies and managing large-scale projects, achieving substantial cost savings and enhancing organizational performance. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Otterbein University.

The Clearing House is a banking association and payments company owned by the largest commercial banks, and dates back to 1853. The Clearing House Payments Company L.L.C. owns and operates core payments system infrastructure in the United States and is currently working to modernize that infrastructure by building a new, ubiquitous, real-time payment system. The Payments Company is the only private-sector ACH and wire operator in the United States, clearing and settling nearly $2 trillion in U.S. dollar payments each day, representing half of all commercial ACH and wire volume.
