Artie Lee has a strong background in engineering and software development spanning over 15 years. Artie started their career at Motorola in 2006 as an Embedded Software Engineer, focusing on optimizing battery consumption and resolving stability and USB issues. At Tactel US, from 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer, primarily developing an Android-based social networking mobile application called Yagatta and integrating OpenVG into a 3D/2D map application called QNav. In 2010, Artie joined Qualcomm as an Android and iOS Lead, leading a team of application developers and working on projects such as YagattaTalk Messenger and Sprint Direct Connect Now. Artie continued to grow at Qualcomm and became an Android Application Development Lead. In 2016, they transitioned to The Climate Corporation, where they initially held the role of iOS Engineering Manager and later advanced to the position of Director of Engineering in 2021.

Artie Lee attended UC San Diego from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Machine Intelligence. Additionally, they studied Electrical Engineering at The University of Sheffield from 2004 to 2005.
