Ryan Compton is an experienced Solution Architect at Lamini since June 2024, with a strong background in data science. Previously, Ryan served as a Senior Data Scientist at Bayer from January 2022 to May 2024, where deep learning models were developed for farming management and MLOps processes were established. Prior roles include Senior Data Scientist at C3.ai, with a focus on AI production systems and internal product development; Data Scientist at Quantiply Corporation, specializing in explainable AI systems for money laundering prevention; and extensive research experiences during a PhD candidacy in Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Multiple internships at eBay and Humanyze further solidified expertise in user experience, team dynamics, and communication behaviors. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science from Baskin Engineering at UCSC and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Computer Science, and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
