Adam Pettler

Adam Pettler currently serves as the Head of Open Innovation in Cleaning R&D at The Clorox Company since September 2023, focusing on new product discovery and strategy. Prior to this role, Adam was the Co-Founder and General Manager at East Bay Kitchens Inc., emphasizing innovative business models in the restaurant sector. Adam has extensive experience in positions at Nestlé as Head of Open Innovation, Zymergen as Associate Director of Business Development, and The Clorox Company in various capacities including Group Manager in Open Innovation. Adam also co-founded Revolights, achieving visibility through ABC's Shark Tank. Early career experience includes work at Genentech as a Master Bioprocess Technician and a research position at the University of California, Berkeley. Adam holds a B.S. in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
