Claudia Ruiz

Claudia Ruiz is an experienced S&OP Lead and Demand Planner at The Clorox Company since April 2015, responsible for managing the S&OP process in Chile for brands including Clorox, Clorinda, Poett, Brita, and Burt's Bees. The role focuses on conducting monthly business plan reviews to enhance operational alignment and accurately project medium- and long-term sales. Prior to this, Claudia held the position of Category Planner at PepsiCo from October 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities included leading the S&OP process, demand planning, inventory management, and aligning with marketing and sales teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Service Analyst and Operations Assistant at SKC Rental S.A. and PepsiCo, respectively. Claudia holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad San Sebastián, completed in 2010.
