Justin Hayhow

Justin Hayhow is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Research and Development at The Clorox Company since June 2020. In this role, Justin manages a team of 7 to 8 scientists specializing in product, process, and packaging development. Prior positions included managing teams for the Hidden Valley brand and serving as Global R&D Standardisation Lead at Mars, where responsibilities encompassed product development and packaging innovation on an international scale. Earlier experience at Procter & Gamble involved developing manufacturing processes and packaging requirements for new products. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2011.
