Kim Pauls

Kim Pauls is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. As a Customer Team Lead at The Clorox Company since June 2011, Kim manages Regional accounts in Western Canada and oversees a team that includes Customer Managers and a sales analyst, collaborating with various distributors and buying groups. Previously, Kim held roles such as Divisional Sales Director and Senior Key Account Manager at the Food Executives Club of Vancouver, fostering connections between grocery retail executives and industry representatives. Earlier experience at PepsiCo Foods includes managing significant accounts and executing business plans for notable brands. Kim's career began at Kimberly-Clark, progressing from Sales Representative to Senior Customer Business Manager, and includes early roles at Axon Development Corporation and Scotiabank. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan.
