Katie Frawley-Clarke

Katie Frawley-Clarke is the National Fair Housing Training Academy Training Coordinator at The Cloudburst Group, where responsibilities include collaboration with HUD and project teams to enhance education and training for fair housing practitioners. Prior to this role, Katie served as the Fair Housing Director of Enforcement at CNY FAIR HOUSING, INC., overseeing investigations of housing discrimination and advocating for clients' needs. Katie's experience includes adjunct faculty positions at both Onondaga Community College and the State University of New York at Oswego, focusing on communication and media literacy. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Rhetorical Studies and has engaged in various educational and advocacy efforts related to adolescent health and empowerment.
