Steven Sullivan

Steven Sullivan serves as the Senior Director at Cloudburst Consulting Group, overseeing evaluation research activities and development in environmental, occupational, and behavioral health since June 2005. Prior experience includes roles as Research Counsel at Health Education Enterprises, where primary and secondary research activities were led for health communications strategy development, and as Deputy Director of Domestic Programs at The QED Group, LLC, where management and operational support for domestic programs were provided. Additionally, Steven held the position of Managing Director of Research at James E. Arnold Consultants Inc., managing public relations and communications research. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Economics from New York University and a BA in Economics from Rhodes College.
