Laura Rizer

Laura Rizer is an experienced food and beverage manager with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at The Club at Carlton Woods, Laura has successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement technology upgrades and improve the POS system while fostering a positive work environment. Previous roles include serving as Shift Team Lead and Food and Beverage Server at Cypress Trail Hideout and a Server Trainer at Peloton Interactive. Laura's diverse background in various customer-facing roles, including experience as a Tanning Consultant at Darque Tan, showcases a strong ability in multitasking, management, and problem-solving, along with a commitment to delivering quality service.
