Mhm Karen Tongberg Chae

Karen Tongberg, MHM, CHAE, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in hospitality management and accounting. Currently serving as the Controller at The Club at Carlton Woods since September 2015, Karen previously held similar roles at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center, Hotel Derek, and Lakeway Resort and Spa. Karen's career began at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where a tenure of nearly 20 years included various positions in finance and operations, culminating as Assistant Director of Finance. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern University, a Master of Hospitality Management from Conrad N. Hilton College, and a Certificate of Accountancy from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
