Prior roles include Sr. Director of Club Operations, Sr. Director of Golf & Athletics, and Director of Golf at the same establishment, which offers premier resort amenities and access to championship golf courses. Previous experience includes Head Golf Professional at Old Overton Club and Rancho La Quinta Country Club, along with earlier positions at Mission Hills Country Club and various internships at other clubs. Jim Clay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management with a focus on Professional Golf Management from Ferris State University.
