Jon Armour

Jon Armour has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jon currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer at The Co-operative Bank since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Westpac New Zealand, where they held various positions such as Head of Home Lending & Insurance Products, Tribe Lead, Consumer Experience Hub, Chapter Area Lead (Head of) Consumer Products, Head of Consumer Finance Products, Director - Business Lending Products, Senior Finance Business Partner - Retail Bank, Business Manager to the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Manager NZ Management Reporting, Finance, with tenure ranging from 2010 to 2022. Before joining Westpac, Jon worked as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank, London, from 2005 to 2010. Jon also served as a Transfer Pricing Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. London from 2004 to 2005 and as a Senior Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Wellington from 2001 to 2004.

Jon Armour earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a major in Economics from the University of Otago in 2000. In 2001, they gained admission as a Barrister and Solicitor at the High Court of New Zealand.
