Kate Steinbacher

Kate Steinbacher is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, travel, and human resources. As President of The Coaching Advantage LLC since April 2001, Kate specializes in guiding coaches and consultants to achieve financial success and automate their businesses. In addition, as a Partner at Coaches Console since December 2002, Kate contributes to the online platform designed for life and executive coaches. Previously, Kate served as President of Educational Travel Associates, Inc., where the creation of unique travel programs for art and music groups leveraged extensive travel experience. As a former Cruise Director for prestigious lines and an HR Manager at UPS, Kate developed strong skills in customer service, strategic planning, and team management. Kate holds a BA in English from Stonehill College and is a Certified Coach in Personal and Corporate Coaching from Coach U.
