Matt Weis has a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in product development, R&D, and new product introduction. Matt has held various engineering positions at companies such as TRW and Delphi Automotive before moving on to leadership roles at Danaher and The COATS Company. With a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and German from the University of Rhode Island, Matt is well-equipped to lead global development teams and drive customer service improvements in their role as Vice President of Engineering.
