Morgan Papin

Morgan Papin serves as the CTO and Partner at The Cobbler, a premier traditional shoe repair and retail destination in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Middle East, since October 2011. With expertise in managing a team of over 50 artisans and administrative staff, Morgan focuses on streamlining operations and maintaining exceptional craftsmanship standards while ensuring outstanding client experiences. Prior to this role, Morgan held positions as Shoemaker and Manager of the Repair Department at Maison Clairvoy, and as a Shoemaker at Delcros Chausseur and J.M. Weston, showcasing a diverse background in both bespoke and orthopedic footwear. Educational qualifications include training at Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France from 2006 to 2012.
