Aakratee Vajpai is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent development and organizational management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent & Development for Asia at The Coca-Cola Company, Aakratee has held various significant positions including Talent Consultant for ASEAN & South Pacific, and India & South West Asia. Previous roles include Vice President HR at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where Aakratee led talent management, organization design, and performance management initiatives, and was responsible for HR business partnering across emerging markets. Aakratee also served as Head HR for Lenskart.com and previously at airtel, where leadership in HR covered B2C business lines. Aakratee holds a PG in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and completed a program at Stanford University focused on diversity and inclusion.
