Brooke Novak

Brooke Novak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in experience design, strategic communications, and change management, currently serving as Senior Director of Experience Design at The Coca-Cola Company since 2016. Throughout a successful career, Brooke has developed and led initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive organizational transformation, including overseeing complex technology deployments for over 24,000 employees. Prior roles include Senior Manager at North Highland, Marketing Communications Manager at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Director of Marketing at Lowell Pratt Residential, among others.
