Céline Deschilder

Céline Deschilder is a seasoned professional in commercial strategy, currently serving as the Senior Commercial Strategy Manager for Europe at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Coca-Cola European Partners, where responsibilities spanned from managing revenue growth strategies to overseeing brand portfolios in Germany. Céline's career began at Accenture as a Strategy Analyst, and relevant experience also includes mentorship with Start it @KBC and organizational roles in the European Youth Parliament. Céline holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven, along with executive education in Retail Innovation from Esade.
