Charlene M. Kelly is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits. Currently serving as Senior Director, Legal Counsel for Global Compensation and Benefits at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2021, Kelly previously held the position of Sr. Counsel at Conagra Brands from July 2016 to August 2021. Prior legal roles include Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP and Employee Benefits Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where significant contributions included improving client ERISA retirement plans and managing high-value client relationships. Kelly began her career as an Income Partner at Schiff Hardin LLP, managing key client accounts. Kelly holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law, an MBA in Finance, and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Northern Illinois University.
