Drew Fernandez

Drew Fernandez is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of People & Culture for Coca-Cola Europe since March 2019. In this role, Drew oversees operations across 44 countries and contributes as a member of both the European senior leadership team and global Human Resources leadership team. Previously, Drew held key positions at Coca-Cola, including Global Chief People Officer for the Bottling Investments Group and Chief People Officer for Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines. Drew's career also includes significant roles at Sitel and Unilever, where responsibilities spanned human resources leadership and transformation across multiple regions and business units. Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University, and has pursued executive education at Harvard University and The Wharton School.
