Hugh C. Oliver

Hugh C. Oliver, Jr. is currently the Manager of Software Quality Assurance Field Technician at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing quality assurance for the Freestyle fleet of dispensers since July 2014. With extensive experience in software and hardware troubleshooting, Oliver has contributed to several organizations including AIC, where responsibilities included managing software/hardware aspects and agile testing variables. Previous roles include QA/SW Tester at SunTrust, where web-based testing processes were developed, and System Integration and Test at Cox Communications, focusing on client relationships and service excellence. Oliver also held a position as a Business Analyst/QA Analyst at The Home Depot and established a QA department as a QA Lead at PRG-Schultz. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bowie State University.
