Iain McLaughlin

Iain McLaughlin serves as the President of Global Commercial Product Supply at The Coca-Cola Company since January 2015, overseeing a global concentrate operation with full P&L responsibility across 19 manufacturing locations. McLaughlin successfully led a digital transformation initiative, implementing SAP S4 Hana and achieving significant advancements in automation and analytics without business disruptions. Under McLaughlin's leadership, the flagship Irish plant received World Economic Forum Lighthouse recognition. Previously, McLaughlin acted as President of the ASEAN Business Unit, driving growth strategies and significant market share increases across 12 countries. With earlier roles including Senior Vice President for Global Juice and Still Brands, McLaughlin has demonstrated a consistent focus on efficiency, productivity, and growth throughout various international assignments. McLaughlin holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Com in Business from The University of Edinburgh.
