Indrajit Banerjee

Indrajit Banerjee serves as the Director of Finance - Performance Management & Insights at The Coca-Cola Company since July 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Key responsibilities include driving decision-making through KPI tracking, building volume forecasts, and managing high-impact projects such as the India 10-year growth strategy. Prior to Coca-Cola, Indrajit was the Lead of Corporate Strategy at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and played a crucial role in managing strategy projects for senior leadership.
