Niall Aughney

Niall Aughney, Ph.D., currently serves as the Global Senior Director of IT and Industry 4.0 at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on digital transformation initiatives within the global Commercial Product Supply organization. Prior to this role, Niall held significant positions such as Senior Director at Irish Manufacturing Research, where leadership was provided in digitization technologies and the development of a 5G-enabled “Factory of the Future.” Niall's experience includes serving as Interim Software Product Director at Verifone, overseeing software performance for IoT retail products, and as Director of Product Line Management at Intel Corporation, where responsibility included launching new features for edge devices. Niall began their career at Intel Ireland, ultimately managing engineering teams across multiple international sites. Education includes a Ph.D. in Engineering/Industrial Management from Trinity College Dublin, along with multiple graduate diplomas and a master’s degree in microelectronics.
