Cristina Cantero Rodrigo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cristina currently works at The Cocktail as a Data Strategist & Growth Lead. Prior to that, they served as the Digital Strategy, Growth & Operations Director at Alqua, where they were responsible for defining and executing the company's growth strategies. During their time at Alqua, Cristina achieved significant accomplishments such as increasing revenue by 100% year over year and successfully scaling up the team from 3 to 40 people. Cristina also advised VCs and PEs on acquisitions of digital companies and implemented technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Cristina has extensive experience in developing digital strategies in industries such as entertainment, beauty, food, insurance, banking, hospitality, automotive, and education. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager at Le Guide Noir, where they led a team in creating a new tool for optimizing e-mail marketing campaigns. Cristina also served as a Digital Marketing Executive at Hello! Creatividad, where they focused on strategic planning and content creation for social media campaigns. Additionally, Cristina worked as an Assistant Product Manager at All in One Engagement, gaining valuable knowledge in product development processes. Prior to that, they founded Cristina Cantero Film Productions, where they created audiovisual productions tailored to each client's specific needs.

Cristina Cantero Rodrigo completed their education at Columbia University from 2016 to 2017, earning an M.A. in Strategic Communication with a focus on Communications. Prior to that, they pursued a double degree in Advertising and PR + Marketing and Commercial Management (English) at Universidad CEU San Pablo. Additionally, Cristina obtained certifications in Tealium Audience Stream CDP Advanced from Tealium and in Campañas de Búsqueda de Google Ads from Google in 2023 and 2020 respectively.
