Lead Researcher Mexico Team at The Cocktail

Jessica Chávez has a strong background in research and consultancy. Jessica started their career in 2008 as an Account Manager at LEXIA Insights Solutions, where they managed accounts such as Mead Jonhson, Kellogg's, and Bimbo. Jessica then moved on to become a Market Research Manager, where they continued to manage accounts and focused on project sales and client contact.

In 2013, Jessica worked as a Strategical Consultant at an independent consultancy, where they reviewed and selected filters for online communities, moderated these communities, and analyzed the gathered information.

In 2014, Jessica joined ARM Group - Research as the Head of the Qualitative Department. In this role, they coordinated the qualitative research area and helped brands evaluate and improve their products and services. Jessica also managed the recruitment team.

Also in 2014, Jessica joined The Cocktail as a Lead Researcher for the Mexico team. Jessica coordinated and managed person-focused research projects to provide insights for the strategy, design, communication, and marketing teams. Some of their main clients included HBO, Amazon, BBVA Global and Mexico, and Banco Azteca.

Throughout their career, Jessica has worked with a variety of clients and industries, including finance, technology, retail, and FMCG. Jessica'sroles have involved account management, proposal creation, client contact, and team coordination.

Jessica Chávez earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 2004 to 2008. Jessica is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Customer Experience at Inesdi Business Techschool, from 2022 to 2024.
