Marta Flores Huelves has a diverse range of work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Marta started their career as an intern at Agencia Sheridan, where they gained experience in the account department and learned how to connect with clients and manage campaigns. Marta then moved on to Design Up Spain, where they worked as a Community Manager and gained insight into the workings of a startup. Marta later joined Grupo Redext as a Marketing Expert & Designer, where they handled digital billboards, created business proposals, and managed website content. Their next role was as a Graphic Designer at They See Creative in Australia, where they managed content for social media and developed content plans. Currently, Marta is working at The Cocktail as a Data Driven Designer & Digital Art Director.

Marta Flores Huelves earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2011 to 2015. Marta then pursued a course in Advertising Illustration from Trazos in 2015-2016. In 2014-2015, Marta completed a Master's program in Brand Management, Design, and Corporate Identity from MSMK. In the same period, they also took a course in professional photo retouching applications from Deusto Formación. Marta further enhanced their skills by completing a course in Art Direction from Complot Escuela de Creatividad in 2020. Lastly, they completed an Intensive Creativity course during Spring Break at Brother Ad School in 2022. Additionally, Marta obtained a certification in Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google Actívalo in 2020.
